The sumptuous villa housing the Doctors Without Borders follow-up clinic in the posh Pacot section of PAP, inaccessible by public transportation. A survivor of the Martissant massacre (Aug.20) was brought here on Sept. 2 for the first follow-up care. The young man was afraid to leave his home and had no means to get there.
